about-my-garden.jpgIn Matilda's Garden we grow traditional old-fashioned cottage garden flowers, which are naturally suited to our local growing conditions and do not require any nasties to flourish.

We believe you should be able to touch and smell our fabulous flowers, enjoy their sensuous fragrances and textures without a guilty conscience or worry about chemicals. The garden nestles protected by hedgerows in rural Kent and has been tilled for centuries mainly to grow vegetables.

We feed our fertile soil with lots of scrumptious homemade compost and the occasional load of horse manure from the stables down the road and that’s it! The beautiful hand-tied flower bunches change weekly depending on whatever is at its very best in the garden.  For a list of what to expect click here! Our flowers will be cut freshly for you from the garden in the morning and will meet you in their full glory!

You will get instructions how to keep them in peak condition, but of course at some point it's time for a new bunch! Depending on the varieties your flowers will last between five and ten days.
